Privacy policy.
How this website handles information, and what you can ask of us.
This website is operated by Redpoint Advisors, LLC (Redpoint, we, us), 923 15th Street NW, 4th Floor, Washington, DC 20005, United States. Questions about this policy go to info@redpointadvisors.com.
This site has no forms and no accounts. The only personal information it handles is what you choose to send us by email when you use one of the contact links, and the technical information any web server records when a page is requested: your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. Our hosting provider, Google (Firebase Hosting), keeps those server logs for a limited period for security and reliability.
We measure site traffic with a privacy-preserving analytics service that sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors. It records aggregate page views, referring sites, and country-level location only.
Email you send us is used to respond to your enquiry and, where you engage the firm, to carry out that engagement. Server logs and aggregate analytics are used to keep the site secure, to understand how it is used, and to improve it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers that host this site and our email, acting on our instructions. Professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it. No one else, unless you ask us to.
Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or engagement, and afterwards only for as long as our legal and professional obligations require. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period and then deleted. Aggregate analytics contain no personal information.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its use, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these, write to info@redpointadvisors.com. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live, including under US state privacy laws, the UK and EU GDPR, and South Africa's POPIA where they apply.
The site is served over HTTPS only. Information you send us is stored on systems in the United States. Where information reaches us from other jurisdictions, we rely on the safeguards those jurisdictions recognise for such transfers.
We will update this page when our practices change and show the date of the current version here. Effective date: 26 August 2026.
